Based on the testing of various types of homemade and boxed brownie mixes,  the fourth recipe, the boxed ghiraidelli mix came out with the best  class consistency in my opinion. They weren’t too fudgy or cakey and had a moderate chocolate flavor. Other notable recipes were Ruth Reichel’s artpark brownies, which came out with very strong chocolate flavor, but flour was accidentally left out of the recipe, so the were incredibly fudgy as well, losing their brownie consistency.  Other tested recipes were Betty Crocker’s boxed mixes and the Baker’s chocolate brand recipe. Which in my personal opinion came out pretty average. The tasting of the brownies however was a  day after being made which could’ve partially affected the tasting.
